Year 1 have been learning about ‘Where the Wild Things Are’ in English. They have been thinking about the story and the children have all had the opportunity to think about the most important parts, sequencing the story to identify the beginning, middle and ending. The children made some props so they could either be trees or ‘Wild Things’, and met in the adventure playground to have a very ‘WILD RUMPUS’!
Some children had to pretend to be ‘Max’ as the ‘Wild Things’ made him their King. What a wild time everyone all had together, even the teachers!
