Reception visit St Albans Abbey

Reception had the best day at St Albans Abbey. The morning was spent exploring shape and sizes of objects. The children were taught how to measure using their hands, feet and arms and a highlight was using a helium balloon to measure the height of the ceiling. After a yummy lunch, they looked at some of the stained glass windows before everyone made one of their own.
