Year 4 Healthy Choices

This week, the children in 4C took part in a thoughtful and engaging activity focused what constitutes a good choice. The session encouraged children to think beyond food and nutrition, exploring what it means to look after their overall wellbeing. Alongside discussions about balanced diets, the children also learned about healthy relationships - including the importance of kindness, respect, good communication, and making choices that help themselves and others feel safe and valued. The children were able to share ideas and reflect on how their everyday choices can have a positive impact. They showed great maturity and enthusiasm throughout the session, and it was wonderful to see them applying these ideas to real-life situations.
