David Attenborough Day

celebrate Sir David Attenborough’s 100th Birthday, the whole school joined together for a fun-filled day to raise money for a worthwhile charity. Children and staff came to school dressed as their favourite animal or in safari style clothing. Miss Smith led a fantastic whole school assembly, Early Years and KS1 enjoyed teddy-bear picnics on the field, and KS2 went on a Nature walk in Epping Forest. The children had a fantastic time celebrating and learning all about Sir David Attenborough and his 100 years on Planet Earth!

Reception Owls also designed nature inspired themed birthday cakes to celebrate the big birthday!
