Spring term so far in Lower Kindergarten

t’s been a busy and exciting Spring term in Lower Kindergarten. The children have loved welcoming new friends and learning all about winter, enjoying winter walks around the school grounds. They have learnt some traditional nursery rhymes,’ Incy Wincy Spider’ proving a firm favourite. The children particularly enjoyed helping to “save the creepy crawlies” from Incy and exploring water play using pipes, spiders and a variety of containers. Pouring, emptying and filling supported the children’s fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and early problem-solving, all while having lots of fun together!
