Forest School Football Festival

Our Oaklands teams did us proud at the recent Forest School Football Festival, competing with skill, spirit, and determination against strong opposition.

The boys’ team played brilliantly throughout the day, showing great resilience and teamwork. Out of 12 schools, they finished an impressive 5th place, only losing one match – and that was by the narrowest of margins, 1–0.

The girls’ team also shone, giving it their all in every game. They performed excellently and came close to breaking into the top three. Despite just missing out, their effort, perseverance, and positivity never wavered, right up until the final whistle.

Well done to all our players for representing Oaklands with such pride, energy, and sportsmanship!
