STEM Club

This half term in STEM Club, our KS2 children have been busy exploring engineering and design! We started off by challenging the children to create the tallest paper towers, some even resembled the ‘Leaning Tower of Pisa!’ Next, they had fun experimenting with pasta to build supportive structures, learning all about stability and how to make their creations stand strong.

The excitement continued as the children designed rollercoasters from card, testing them by sending marbles down their tracks with limited support. A special mention goes to Akeria and Austin of Year 3 (our youngest STEM club members), who have been absolutely fantastic this month—jumping in, giving everything a go and showing real enthusiasm for STEM!
