ISA U11 Boys & Girls Football League vs Gatehouse

Oaklands played Gatehouse School on Monday 3 November in the ISA U11 Boys/Girls Football League in what was a very tough challenge.

The boys ended up on the losing side, but played with tremendous spirit and determination, and did not stop trying, even when they went a few goals behind. Gatehouse recently won the ISA Football Tournament, demonstrating their apparent potential.

The girls also went 2 goals down to Gatehouse, but rallied back to storm into a 5-2 lead and held on until the end, to give Oaklands a deserved win. Goals from Vallavi and Ella ensured we got the 3 points. Lots of respect at the end between the 2 teams, and we dust ourselves down again, ready for the next fixture.
