Carol Service 2025

We would like to extend our warmest thanks to everyone who joined us at St Mary’s Church in Loughton for this year’s Oaklands Carol Service. It was a truly special afternoon filled with festive spirit and community cheer.

Pupils from Year 3 to Year 6 delighted the audience with a wonderful programme of readings, nativity scenes, orchestra performances and a selection of traditional Christmas songs. Their clear voices, expressive acting and confident musical performances created a joyful atmosphere that filled the church.

Thank you also to Curate Ruth How for a wonderful Christmas message and blessing.

It was heartening to see St Mary’s so full, with families, friends and staff coming together to celebrate the season. Our pupils rose to the occasion beautifully, speaking and singing with confidence in such a large and impressive venue.
