Oaklands Airways

The School Hall was transformed into a bustling airport this week as Reception pupils embarked on an exciting and imaginative travel experience.

Children began their journey by passing through security scanning and passport control before boarding their very own Oaklands Airways plane. With tickets in hand, they eagerly awaited take off!

Once onboard, pupils explored airline safety procedures and enjoyed ordering delicious snacks, just like real passengers. The excitement continued as the children watched a video simulating take-off, bringing the experience to life and filling the hall with smiles and laughter.

The activity was a huge success, providing a fun and engaging way for the children to develop confidence communication skills for when they go on their own family holidays. Everyone had a fantastic time on this memorable Oaklands Airways journey.
