FAQ
Fees are due in full on the 1st of each month, and late payments may result in charges and possible suspension of your child's nursery place.
You apply through the government website:
- Visit beststartinlife.gov.uk
- Check your eligibility
- Apply and receive a childcare funding code
- Submit your code to your nursery
- Complete a parent declaration each term
Your code must be reconfirmed every 3 months.
Our core hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Wraparound care is available from 7.30am to 6.00pm.
Yes. The Nursery and Pre-School closes for two weeks during the Christmas period. Exact closure dates are shared with families in advance.
Yes. The 34-week option operates during Oaklands School term dates and does not include school holidays.
Families choosing the 34-week, term-time-only option can apply to pay through the School Fee Plan. Applications are subject to the provider’s terms and approval.
Fees are spread across 12 equal monthly payments. Each payment is collected in advance by Direct Debit.
