Woodpecker’s topic this term is traditional tales and growing. They have been exploring the story of Jack and The Beanstalk and planted their own beans which they are taking good care of, watering them and ensuring they have some sunlight.
The children hope to have some lovely plants growing soon which they are planning to plant in their class’s outdoor area. They have also been looking at different types of beans, comparing their size, colour and texture.
