Staying Healthy with Year 2

In Science, Year 2 have been learning about a ‘Healthy body’. They have made a lunch plate to include all the food groups and took part in some activities to see how their bodies can react to exercise.  

Building Dens in the Wild Woods

Key Stage 2 had great fun using their problem solving skills to build dens in the Wild Woods. They worked as a team to safely use the mallets to knock the poles they needed into the ground. They also added shelter to the structure by tying material to the poles.
