Year 4 visited the Science museum where they spent time exploring the Making of the Modern World exhibit and the Pattern Pod, as well as visiting the IMax to watch ‘ Our Beautiful Planet’. The programme showed the pupils footage from inside the international space station, helping them to find out what life is like for the astronauts who visit, as well as showing them videos and images of Earth captured from Space. These images were fascinating to see and helped the pupils to learn about the impact we are having on our planet.
