We had a fantastic afternoon yesterday celebrating the successes of the children in years 1 to 6. The pupils entertained a huge audience with several performances including songs from the choirs and some wonderful music recitals. The guest speaker was Mr Tony Miller MBE, Director of the Whitechapel Mission and the children listened intently to him speak about the great work that the charity do.
It was an emotional afternoon due it being the last Prize Giving before Headmistress Cheryl Macnair retires and she will be greatly missed. The children would like to thank Mrs Macnair for everything that she has done for the school and wish her a lovely and relaxing retirement!
