Today we had a visit from Tom Donoghue, Co-ordinator of Families and Children’s Work from Loughton Methodist Church. The children of Lower Kindergarten have been learning about the Nativity and the celebration of Baby Jesus’ birthday on Christmas Day. Tom kindly told the story to the children with the help of some fantastic puppets, complete with a manger and donkey! The children all dressed up in Nativity costumes and enjoyed actively participating in the story. A big thank you to Tom for bringing the Nativity to life.
