As part of last half term’s topic of Traditional tales, Owls used puppets to act out the story of the 3 Billy Goats Gruff before being challenged to make a bridge across the stream for the Billy Goats to use. It proved to be rather challenging as the children worked together to determine how to keep the middle sections of the bridge out of the water. Listening skills as well as accepting the ideas of others proved to be rather tricky at times , butboth groups succeeded in building their bridge and the goats reached the other side safely.
