Christmas really has started at Oaklands. We were treated to a couple of wonderful performances by our Reception pupils this week. Songs included old classics such as ‘Jingle Bells’, ‘Let it Snow’, and ‘Frosty the Snowman’ as well as some that were a little different like ‘I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas’, and ‘The Jolly Christmas Postman Poem’.
Each class sang a mix of individual songs, but it was lovely to have all the pupils together for the grand finale at the end of the show. Well done Reception!
