2Z have been learning all about 2D shapes in Maths this week. They had a go at finding out if a shape has a vertical line of symmetry or not by cutting out different shapes, folding them, and checking if they were symmetrical on both sides. They learnt that the needed to keep in mind the orientation of the shape, in order to be able to accurately check if the shape was symmetrical or not. Well done, 2Z!
