The children in Lower Kindergarten have been learning all about the season ‘Winter’. This week, they made some delicious ‘Rice Krispie Snowballs’, mixing melted white chocolate and rice krispies together. We have also been on a Winter Walk, looking for signs of Winter. The children found lots of ice and frost on the ground and even found an icy puddle near the school field. We spoke about how the sun helps the ice to melt, what clothes we needed to wear on our walk and what noise our feet made as we walked on the ice.
