On Monday 23 January, our U10 Girls took part in the Forest School Swim Gala. There were lots of very strong schools competing, and for 3 of our girls, it was the first time representing the school in a swimming competition!
The nerves didn’t show though and they performed amazingly to finish in the top places in their respective heats. As we could only field a team of 4 out of a possible 16, we were unable to compete for the top overall prizes, however a real highlight was the 4x25M Freestyle Relay which we came in 3rd place with a fantastic time of 1.28.75. Well done Abi, Lina, Erin and Alicia.
