Oak-Tree Quadkids Athletics Competition

Tuesday 25 June brought about the last Oak-Tree event of the calendar year, in what has been a very successful time for not only Oaklands, but all the Oak-Tree Schools. It is great to give the children a platform like Ashton Playing Fields to showcase their athletic ability! On a very hot day, all the children performed amazingly well, taking part in the javelin, long jump, 400M, 60/80M sprint and the relay.

The final results were;

1^st – Oaklands 449 points

2^nd – Coopersale Hall 405 points

3^rd – Normanhurst 348 points

4^th – Braeside 262 points

A huge well done to our amazing team of; Rabani, Poppy, Presley, Lennox, Mila, Jemima, Jimmy, Oscar, Annabelle, Winnie, Denzel, Ethan, Lucy, Abi, Prabhlok and Sammy!
