Year 2C have been learning about religious tradition. They found out that Jews put Mazuzahs in their doorways. A Mezuzha is a small parchment scroll on which are the Hebrew words of the Shema, often they are put inside a decorative casing, but what is important is the scroll inside.
Pupils tried their hand at making their own Mezuzahs, and wrote their own prayers to put inside the casing.
