Reception Woodpeckers got up to a number of activities last week, including:
- Exploring money – pupils were busy coin sorting and buying from Miss Lawrence’s toy shop.
- Outdoor play -outside pupils played with Playdoh, sowed some grass seeds and acted out some stories.
- Home schooling – at home Isaac enjoyed all activities related to the story of the Billy Goats Gruff. Including making a stinky troll potion! Louis worked really hard during the Maths quiz to recap all Mathematical concepts learnt in Reception.
- Making troll masks – after reading the Billy Goats Gruff in class, pupils enjoyed drawing and painting their own troll masks.
- Pupils also had time to do some small world play and letter formation practice!
