Reception Woodpeckers got up to a number of activities last week, including:
- At home, Isaac explored oil and water, carefully shared out all his cupcakes and made an amazing Lego bridge. Whilst Louis proudly showed off his beanstalk plant and carefully practised ‘qu’ words during Read, Write, Inc.
- In the Wild Woods, pupils made potions and a bridge for the troll from The Three Billy Goats Gruff.
- Pupils enjoyed a fairy tale tea party and had to share out their cookies whilst listening to a story.
- In the classroom, pupils designed their own bridges and then made Father’s Day cards.
