The Oaklands School grounds have seen a flurry of activity over the Christmas holidays as our playground got a makeover. The old turf has been ripped up to make way for bright new astroturf to take its place.
After laying out the huge rolls of turf, the team covered the area in sand and painted on the court markings, ready for our pupils to use in their PE lessons when they are back at school next week.
We can’t wait to see the children enjoying it!
